How It Works
Becoming a Member
To join Rhapsody Book Club, simply pick your 7 introductory books at the club web site and fill in your billing and shipping information. No credit card is required if you choose to be billed later. As a member you will receive the club catalog up to 17 times a year, plus up to 2 special issues (about every three weeks). Each issue of the catalog reviews two Main Selections – books chosen by RBC editors as the must-reads of the moment – plus over 150 other books at savings up to 40% off publishers' prices.
The Main Selections will be shipped to you automatically, unless you cancel or order other books instead. You can do so online – through your account on the club web site – or by returning the Member Reply Form via regular mail. You will always have at least 10 days to respond.
Your Commitment
After the initial order of 7 books for 99¢, you will have the obligation to buy 4 more books at Rhapsody's discounted club prices and you can take up to 2 years to fulfill it.
Canceling
Once your commitment is taken care of, you are free to cancel your membership, which can easily be done by sending an e-mail to the club's customer service. Of course, you will always be welcome to rejoin if you wish to buy more books at a later date.
